Been working hard at my computer today, in between taking Hector for walks and seeing a physiotherapist about my various aches and pains. I’ve come away with exercises in the first instance and then treatment (x-ray, steroid injections, etc) later if they don’t help at all. Basically, it seems I’m just getting old!
