It's tiring work being cute

Tra la la......On the road again.....mmmm...mmmmm..mmmmm

Staying tonight in Kaikoura, so about half way to Ashburton.  As ever, a stunning drive along this part of the coast.  Just had to stop at Ohau Point.....whilst it's been sanitised, polished, modernised and fixed to the point it's unrecognisable from before the quake it still holds great appeal.  The seal pups no longer have a private nursery pool a few hundred metres inland but instead, loll around on the rocks along the main waterfront.......it looks like there are still dozens and dozens of the wee things, though they're not small pups now.  This one was just waking from his afternoon siesta :)  Play time at the pools now.........
