Radar
Today I thought I could participate in the Mono Monday challenge. In view of the weather I decided to take the challenge a bit further. To take a photo in colour which would be already in "mono", without being converted or taken in B&W.
The mono challenge today is to take a picture of a 20th Century invention. My choice is radar, which here is represented by a radar scanner on the top of the former Marine Operations Centre.
I had hoped to claim also electric street lighting and telephone cables, but unfortunately these were both late 19th century inventions.
I also seem to have captured a seagull in the picture, but they have been around and stealing our food for many thousands of years.
