Rosie is showing off her new collar today, as she settles into a peaceful afternoon at work. I think she likes being back in the the old routine, she knows I’m basically going to be in the same place all day and not suddenly going to leave the house for hours without her. Her life is full of tense worry.

I too am settling into the old routine. I’m liking this company more and more each day and I too had a peaceful afternoon.

Before all that, up and out at six for a pool swim in the dark and rain. Was a top start to the day. (Making the important pool note to stop my mum worrying I’m in the sea by myself in the dark…..)
