Peter and his daughter were travelling from Scotland to Newcastle yesterday, to catch a ferry to the Netherlands. Somehow when passing Durham, he managed to get this photo. (Fab, enlarged.) He tells me they've had a lot of hassle with tests, documentation etc. He and is daughter were charged £68 each for lateral flow tests in Holland.They had been visiting his parents in Scotland, who I imagine were thrilled to see their son and their grandaughter for the first time since the pandemic. I cropped the picture a bit, but that's all. The extra is a mono version of the same shot.
