Lucky

This morning we went to our  Ukulele class where we played  some slightly neglected songs from the canon including "Where did you get that hat?", "Jollity Farm", "Dedicated Follower of  Fashion " and "Da Doo Ron Ron", as well as others that  we play more regularly, including my favourite,  "Waterloo Sunset". 
We went for a short walk late this afternoon and were mobbed by Lucky, a local, very friendly, cat. Yes , she only has three legs, following an accident some years ago, before she  was adopted and named by her current owners humans, but it  doesn't stop her bounding down the road to greet us.  

It's been mild, but very windy today, and it rained a lot last night.
