Common wood sorrel
We've introduced this nice wild little plant into our garden. It's a bit weedy, but very cute when it flowers. The leaves contain oxalic acid, so they're nice to eat.
EDIT: Cradlehall also blipped wood sorrel today. What a coincidence!
Friday night we were out listening for owls and were lucky enough to hear Eurasian Eagle-Owl. We even saw the male owl at a distance, as it was flying to have a seat in a big Norway spruce. The male and female owl where singing to each other for about twenty minutes. A marvellous night!
