Carping around

These koi carp live on our new road. They make an impressive sight but I do feel sorry for their confined surroundings. This morning we had a visit from a former colleague who now lives near Geneva. We had not met in person since 2019 like almost everyone else these days. We spent the afternoon in our new home doing some more preparations while our house is still furniture free.
