The Morning Birthday

Jack will be 10 tomorrow so this morning there was a family gathering of all the aunts/uncles/cousins etc at a small play area near his other grandparents home. I've gone b&w as the colours were very gaudy and the lighting awful. They played and eat and played some more before J opened his gifts. . . . a lovely haul of games and books.
This afternoon he has gone out to a laser shooting venue to meet up with some school friends for more games and eating. I opted to sit at home and enjoy the sunshine with a book! It is such a pleasant temperature.
