easter egg

My biggest boy finished school for easter yesterday, but littly didn't break up until this afternoon, so me and my eldest son had lunch together.

This was his choice. Fried egg on toast.

I like it on large...you can see the salt on the plate.

It was just as delish as the boiled eggs earlier in the week.
