His birthday.

We went into theater to see play Matilda in the evening. Today at Tampere Työväen Teatteri.

Based on Roald Dahl’s book, the musical Matilda has been an enduring favorite in London’s West End since 2010. It has received as many as 90 different international awards, with 23 in the category of 23 best musicals. Matilda tells the story of an unusual girl who, with her colorful imagination and sharp intellect, dares to take the reins into her own hands and change the world.

The local children and youngsters were excellent in singing and dancing. Yes, I liked the story too. The theater has very good sound system now, built during corona pandemic. Lovely, I'd say.

My daughter came over for sauna with her girlfriend - to ensure that the poodle will not howl alone in the evening during our visit in theater.
