Wide Wednesday

A good nights sleep of 7hrs.38mins, and a 86 Good sleep score on my Fitbit this morning happy with that :-) 

Sunny intervals today, so after a late breakfast decided to pop over to Westward Ho! I had missed high tide,  but there was still some decent waves. Forgot to set my walking app on the way out on my walk from the car park, but remembered for the return so doubling up I walked 2 miles.30. So happy with that. 

So for today's blip you have a view from the coast path, looking towards Baggy Point. The extra is of some Oyster Catchers and a young gull, investigating the rock pools as the tide recedes. Looking the other direction, the coast towards Hartland Point.
