Feeding my friend’s cat Day 3

Fareshare day today.  I’m happy to say that the supply of fresh food and groceries to go out to food banks doesn’t seem to have been affected by the lorry driver shortage and food supply problems. Strange as it may seem, the supermarkets seem to me to be really generous, and are keeping up the levels of supply. We had some beautiful fresh figs from Turkey today.
There is such a high level of poverty and food injustice in this country now, with so many children not getting enough good food.  At least the food banks help a bit.  
Have been enjoying walking round to my friend’s house to feed the cat.  This is the outstanding garden that I pass on my route.   I think it’s fabulous.
