Hump day

Lazy start to the day. Then lost track of time and had to get ready quickly as an appointment in town - opticians.

Walking into the town centre, saw the “Halloween express” - so cute, little kids riding on this and waving (had a good number of carriages, don’t know how much they are charging), half term fun :)

Good appointment at the opticians - first time for no payment - thorough examination. Some slight changes to my eyes, so I have booked an appointment to go back for the dispensing. :)

After collecting my sister, on to the care home fir the meeting with the Manager and AJ. AJ expressed herself very clearly, often between tears and some areas of resolve were discussed. She is realistic that she can’t keep moving and there is no guarantee that the move will be any better! The manager went away with a list of things that she was either going to resolve or look into finding a solution. the manager then left and we had another 20 mins of the visit. AJ was smiling when we left. :)
