Spoilt for choice

Today is our last full day in the Highlands and it came up trumps with the weather.
It started off a dull but fine day so we stayed around the house. My best friend and her mum popes in for a late lunch and then we headed out for a walk.
The house is about 2-3 miles from Kiltearn ancient burial ground and there is a nice easy walk along the Cromarty Firth. So we headed down about 4.15pm for a wander and a chinwag. The return walk threw up a beautiful sunset on the becalmed Firth. (See extras for more shots)
Final visit of the day was to my friend’s son’s house- a new grown up purchase :-)
We headed back via a couple of days in Lauder tomorrow
