California Poppies

Thank you for your positive comments on yesterdays photo- much appreciated.

Today, Frida and I had a lovely long walk at the Hawea River, where these Californian Poppies are prolific. They are such a cheerful colour.
Spent a lot of time cleaning the house, and a friend called in that I hadn’t seen for months. Lovely to stop for a coffee and chat.
Jill was busy at work.
Dunedin friends came for dinner, so super to catch up with them.
The day has gone very quickly!
