Morning hypnobirthing session , so good to be doing it face to face .
No riding , too stiff in hip but getting better after tumble yesterday. Full on waterproofs required at the stables , v sticky as still So mild .
Wonderful eve at Sharon’s cottage , to have fair well food and wine to Oonagh who is taking a year off to go into quiet retreat. She is very loved by us all and we had a great laugh, staying much later than planned .
