Another Rev Dr Breakey

This is my husband's grandfather, the Reverend Dr John James Carlisle Breakey. There is a family resemblance, and wonderfully, he seems to have a hint of red hair which partially explains our flame haired offspring ( yes, I know it is a recessive gene).

I took his photo for a sermon illustration, but the sermon went elsewhere in the end. Actually, my Lay Assistant is going to deliver it while I focus on producing the book of reports for the end of the year.

I wonder if the first Rev Dr Breakey spent as much time on admin as I seem to? Probably not.

Were the topics of risk, child safety and legal compliance even in their lexicons?
