Snow but sunshine too.

Good Friday so this cross has appeared out side our church. Unusually for Good Friday (which of course is a solemn day) we had a children's Hot Cross Bunnie service this morning.

It was lovely with lots of little ones taking part in a simple version of the Easter story and craft activities afterwards some of which involved melted chocolate (well done Hazel that was very brave of you!)

Nice to see the sun as even though it is still very cold and the snow is still hanging on it makes you feel so much more cheerful.

Waiting for the family to arrive this afternoon, though we have been waiting all week for our son to arrive from Scotland. He has been awaiting a part for his car so we are still not sure if and when he will get here.
