National Museum of Ceramics

This 15th century Rococo palace with a carved alabaster facade is considered to be one of the most beautiful buildings in Valencia. It houses a collection of ceramics and antique furniture. We’re planning to visit it tomorrow. Mr P went off to blip the succulents in the Botanic Garden this morning and I went shopping in the Mercat and then did some sightseeing. In the afternoon we went to an interactive exhibition of the Impressionists. Not like the real thing obviously but slickly done and then we went to a Book Fair. Mr P bought a book on the colourful art nouveau houses in the Cabanyal (Valencia beach area).
Forgot to say yesterday that son no 1 is now safely ensconced in a flat in Edinburgh. His indefatigable auntie helped him with the move.
