Halloween Eve......

Another rainy day, but this time it was chilly.... 66 degrees.   Add to the lower temp dampness and a breeze, it felt rather chilly.  Pam and I were supposed to go to a Halloween Bike ride tonight at Santos.  We both decided to pass on the ride.  The roads were wet, the clouds were thick and there was no starlight to help  one see their way in the forest.  Add to it a breeze, drizzle from time to time, fresh pine needles and leaves all over the wet tar, turns and corners you couldn't see in the darkness......
 we called it off.
      The sponsors of the ride, Brick City Cycle and Whim Cycle had hired a band for dancing after the ride and several food trucks were going to be there to serve food, drinks, coffee, cocoa, soda and water.   The weather just didn't cooperate.
     Tonight's Blip is another Scarecrow here in OTOW.   There are many more  displays put up here but again, the weather the last day, day and a half hasn't been conducive to riding.    Maybe tomorrow....!
