A Wonderful 15 mile Ride......

Today dawned very cool and clear.  My biking friends wanted to come where I live because it would have more sunny areas in the cold wind.  It was 54 degrees with a very strong,  blowing wind.  It's the first time this year that I was in long pants, long sleeves, and didn't sweat one iota in all the miles we peddled.   A couple of times I had to hold my hat and duck my chin to keep from flying away.   The wind was so gusty it would push my bike sideways or hold it back while moving forward.
     Todays Blip is my friend, Pam and I infant of an OTOW sign. 
The extras a Triumph  that was for sale when I went to get my friend.  It was just beautiful!   And exquisitely restored, or so I thought.   I stopped to get a picture and the salesman came out to see what I was up to.  I explained about Blip and was politely informed that it wasn't a Triumph, but rather am MG kit placed on a VW frame.   The car wasn't original!!!!!    
You could have fooled me!!!!!!!    I didn't even know you could buy kits like this and convert an old frame to another type of car!    
Who would a thought?
