Isabel

Housework and Aptis speaking tests during the day, sometimes both at the same time.  Dinner with our friend Isabel in Sanabres. Lovely to catch up again. We go back a long way and she was the decoy Alan lined up for my birthday, to get me out the house and let the raised garden bed be delivered and built on the roof terrace.  We were laughing that she now has 4 grandchildren, 2 boys and 2 girls, when 3 years ago she had none!  In the last year both her son and daughter have bought new flats which needed renovating, meaning that for many months she's had one or other of them with their wife /husband and two grandchildren and a dog. She has two dogs herself! Her hallway looks like the showroom for a buggy shop or a shoe shop! She's already saying that she'll miss her daughter, son - in-law, two grandkids and their dog when they're able to move into their own flat again in two months! They all live close by and all have lunch at Isabel's every Sunday!
