Experimenting
The weather today was pretty poor, lots of rain and wind and mostly gloomy, although we did have a late show of sunshine, so I decided to have a day indoors catching up on jobs and learning some photo processing techniques.
I'm not very familiar with photoshop but I'm trying to learn bits of it. Today I had a go at adding a textured background to a photo, with the help of some notes from a fellow camera cub member. So my blip is the result, (the texture was a photo of a silver birch trunk that I took last summer). The original flower photo (taken at Blickling) is in extras.
I'll have forgotten how to do this again once I've slept, but at least I have some notes to refer to next time.
