Trick or treat!

Well the day started with torrential rain, and blowing a proper gale but by lunch time, although still blowy the sun had come out. We did a late walk and it was lovely. This is my favourite view at the lakes, it's on the ridge looking down and you get to see over the big lake in all it's finery.
Home to sew ( trying to do bits to sell to raise money) and wait for the trick a treaters to arrive. One of the neighbours has done hot chocolate, donuts and goody bags for the kids on the green near us, lovely community get together which was lovely. Lots of kids out tonight which is great, they all have made such an effort with the costumes, although Percy is exhausted with all the door knocking :))
