A favourite cookbook

This 1983 cookbook was one of two produced then by the Scottish Milk Marketing Board with traditional recipes.
As a keen amateur I use it frequently. Tonight I made Quiche Lorraine for the first time gently overseen from a seated distance by herself the masterchef. Managed to get it right and we cleaned our plates with murmerings of approval from the boss.
