In the Forest

I headed up to Pitlochry for the day & spent most of it wondering about Faskally Forest. Whilst it’s easy to become transfixed by the wonderfully coloured trees that border the loch, I preferred to walk off piste being as careful as one would on a posh neighbour’s white carpet. 

The moss, lichen & the bird song were all magical. I was at peace. Whilst I got lots of nice images, I liked this one the most.
