Irony

This colourful planting outside the new(ish) Royal Victoria Building (which replaced the Royal Victoria Hospital) tends to be a place where people meet up, which is why I was there after my blood transfusion but clearly the notice about not smoking was not very effective as there was a ‘smoking’ bin ie with a place to stub out cigarettes, was right behind me.
