PILLAR BOX RED

The postbox outside the house received a lick of paint today from the Properties and Facilities Solutions division of the Royal Mail, no less, and looks very smart and shiny now.

B and I used to try to spot the vans and lorries that had "Solutions" as part of their mission statement signs. Our favourites would be the ones that said "Liquid Solutions" or "Water Solutions". Well, you have to do something to pass the time on long journeys.

Another long journey tomorrow, south to Mum's for a few days.
