Lonely Lobster Buoy

One lonely lobster buoy bobbing near the pilings at the marina next to our new house.

I've done something to myself -- strained a muscle I think -- whatever it is, it's painful, and hurts like the dickens to walk.  Mr. W says he hopes it isn't a hernia.  I hope it isn't too.  I think I moved too many big heavy things over the past few days.
