I Think I've Found ...

Where the Great Blue Heron lives -- there's an enormous, messy pile of twigs way at the top of a spindly tall pine tree not far from our living room windows.  After Googling "Great Blue Heron Nest" the images that came up look very much like this.

Feeling quite a bit improved today -- nowhere near as uncomfortable as yesterday, but I definitely feel it if I stand/walk too much.  I'm sure another day or two of rest will put me back in fighting form!
