Welcome home, Pip

Missed our son Piers terribly this week as he's been on an Outwards Bounds course in the Lake District since Monday. He's had an amazing time; hiking through blizzards, camping in well over a foot of snow, pot-holing, swimming in the lake. Eek.

So this blip is not my pic, but Piers's... Pretty blummin' awesome for a 13 year old. He's always had a superb eye for a photo, far better than me.

In other news, I spent the morning with my good friend Jen, who's a florist and had a huge wedding to create floral fabulousness for! I helped by doing the wiring, which I loved and she was kind enough to let me do a huge candelabra display (one of six). Loved every minute :-) Thank you Jen xx

No peace for the wicked; now em route to Leamington Spa, Gloucester in the morn.
