The famous Linda, well I have spoke of her for long enough so now you can put a face to the name, this is where I spend either sat or sun evening every week. im basically her only company so dont let her down often. Had a tough morning even though we did minimum walking and I was on the highest dose. Dave did well pushing Lin and she decided she wanted fish and chips for lunch so that meant salad for tea, it was lovely though. Arrived home at 130 and been laid on top of the bed since I came home, still trying to keep my spirits up. Off to Lins tomoz evening minus the wine this week :( never mind.
