Onward

The new carpet in our little study was due to be laid this afternoon. So it was a bit of a surprise when I got a phone call from the carpet fitter at 9.40am saying he would be with us in 20 minutes. I asked for 30 minutes so we could empty the wardrobe and make sure we were prepared. Fortunately I had moved everything else yesterday and Tuesday.

More stuff to go to charity and the tip in the next day or so. The process seems never ending, I’ll be glad when we get to the end of this major “phase” in a week or so, and everything is where it should be.
