Seaside bougainvillea

The salt doesn’t seem to bother these bougainvillea whose presence is everywhere. Leisurely walking/swimming day on deserted beaches with the water still pleasantly warm, hovering around 22 I would guess. A breakwater is new addition, I recall them constructing it a few years back. It does make a difference and means swimming is as safe as it can be in calm water. Planning to do exactly the same tomorrow.
