Hard to believe this is my 4000th blip! Should have been my 4004th, but I missed a few days. Not on the two occasions I was in hospital. Not when the site had a wobble. Not even when my mother died. Just four odd days when I tried to convince myself I was not addicted. I am, of course. Renewed my membership only last week, and am forever grateful to Bernard Young for telling me about this lovely place.

My latest and greatest muse will reach her 27-months-birthday tomorrow. She drew today's blip and told me it was "lots of people", which seemed highly appropriate as a celebratory image.

Thanks to all friends and visitors, old and new, and to the dedicated team who keep us up and running. Long live Blipland!
