Milling

Mr F and I are going to volunteer at the National Trust's Winchester City Mill. It is a working water mill. We went down today to be shown the ropes.

Mr F will get to be a miller as it requires strength to carry the bags of grain and flour. I'll get to pack the flour and talk to people. I'll be good at that bit

I went to the local supermarket today to buy some more bread flour. They didn't have any left. I was wondering if everyone had been encouraged to make bread after watching Paul Hollywood's TV programme
