Mooli!

I went up to the allotment - fed the blighters, picked a wee lettuce plus herbs and some dried fennel heads for the seeds, then on my way back down the rig called into Lia's for a hair cut (long overdue, as usual). She even trimmed my eyebrows, which were heading for Dennis Healey territory. I gave her some fennel seeds, as she'd been searching for them for a particular recipe. Then back home to an afternoon of marking.

I had forgotten about these things I sowed alongside the leeks and the cavalo nero - obviously the further one is red pak choi, but had to look up the map to find that in the foreground we have some flourishing looking mooli!
