The Slough of Despond

Went up to the Cabrach today and it was still snow bound and was beginning to snow heavily. Its easy to forget how wild a place the Cabrach is in winter I ended up choosing this pic as I have always been fascinated with this farm gate, the other side of the gate is a quote from Pilgrims progress and welcomes you to the"Slough of Despond". I have missed a blip mainly because the family are all home for the holidays and we went to Lossiemouth for a meal last night. Thanks or the kind comments favs and stars I have been receiving recently they are warmly appreciated and very encouraging. Have a great Easter weekend:)
