Tessa and the Bonfire

Today's the day ....................... to be six

For much of the time since she came into the world six years ago to the day, Tessa has been convinced that the celebrations that happen on November 5th - were all for her.

It's only maybe now that she has reached the grand old age of six and she has been told at school about Guy Fawkes, that the truth is beginning to sink in.  But that didn't prevent her (and us) having a lovely time at the Moniaive Bonfire and Fireworks Display this evening - after a birthday tea with a cake that looked exactly like Brodie the Dog.
