Tangletree

Prompted by a listing in the RHS magazine we drove up to Arley arboretum today - hoping to dry weather which, indeed, we were granted.

Difficult to pick one image (so I haven't - see extras...) but this tangle of beech trunks and boughs was particularly distinctive.
