Acrylics

I had gotten a voucher for my birthday ( as well as frying pans). So I decided to buy some art supplies. I thought I would give acrylics a go. So last night I did some abstract dandelions and since the Jedi had me up at 4.30 am and wouldn't go back over I painted a poppy field. I was amazed at how much paint you use using this type of paint and it's definitely different to watercolour paints. 

I was super proud of Lincoln today. He is very wary around dogs but he went a walk with Charlie and his owner, he even built up his confidence and gave him a treat. Harp on the other hand kept getting so upset. But I'm hoping the more time she is around Charlie that she will relax more. 

The Jedi, although tires me out big time amazes me at what he can do physically. He figured out today how to actually use the scooter. After pushing it for a while ( his photo) he then stood on it and was scooting along. I will buy another one for him similar to this for his birthday. This one you don't twist the handles to steer. You have to lean. 

It's been a good day although challenging at times . And now for the craziness of dinner, bath and bed. It's hair washing tonight for the Wildlings and that never goes down well.
