Much munching!

A pretty good day today ...... we managed to get most of the clearing, re-potting & tidying done in the garden this morning!

We did run a bit short of compost .... but by a little bit of "robbing Peter to pay Paul" as the saying goes ...... we managed!

We went out for a walk this afternoon ...... it was rather bracing but enjoyable :-)

Not much life about .... we could hear a lot of twittering but the birds were staying well hidden .... probably doing there best to keep out of the chilly wind!

As we were heading back we heard munching coming from the Hawthorn bush ....... spotted this squirrel happily eating nature's bounty ...... unfortunately he declined to come out & pose .... this is the best I could get .... hope you like it :-)
