A lovely sunny day with such beautiful light that I had to make the most of it!

Spotted these Rose hips positively glowing in the sunlight ....... they just had to be my blip ..... hope you like them :-)

Apparently they raised the new flood barrier on Saturday night as a tidal surge was expected ...... the barrier 'did what it said on the tin' & kept the surge from causing any flooding ...... great when something works!
