GOOD NEWS AT LAST !!!!
Today Lou got her scan results. The tumours are receding! The lesions in her liver are gone.  Her current pain is caused by necrotic tissue developing as the largest tumour in her pelvis recedes. This pain will pass. 

In simple terms the immunotherapy is working. HUZZAH ! Both she and Simon look 10 years younger than they did yesterday.
We all know that there is a time limit to the length of time the immunotherapy will work, but no one is thinking about that. We are just delighted that Christmas has come early.
