Words can't express what you mean to me

I did the baking tonight. 

I baked a Lemon Drizzle cake, in the style of a sponge.  I'm not sure how it's going to be. 

What i did next what this. 

Honeycomb.

it's an utterly amazing thing to make.    Stir the sugar and syrup together ..... wait, wait, wait, wait. 

Temperature, temperature, temperature.   Bicarb in.... woooof. 

Amazing. 

Doesn't look anything like this now. 

Much less flouncy. 

But very sweet and sticky
