Today was a fast day, I’m doing the 5:2 diet again, in a somewhat desultory way and so I often choose the Diet Coke lunch option.  Especially if I have to walk to the post office which I did today, parcelling up and selling a handbag on eBay.  Other than that Vik was teaching, I went to the osteopath and worked hard in the Barn office.  Lots of scripts to read as we build our team for the writers’ room.
