Monday 2021 — The Farm
This is a photo of Scott & Jody’s farm in southern Oregon. It was originally Scott’s grandfather’s farm. This is where our son, Shawn, is currently living. Today he sent this photo and told us a little about the farm. It looks like a wonderful place.

Today we worked here at cleaning away some of the indoor clutter (ugh!) and outside hosing down both north and south stairs and front porches and driveway.
Late in the day I moved all the pumpkins because a "new to us" sofa will be coming up the stairs in a day or so. While I was doing that, Mr. Fun opened a box of photo stuff (some of the indoor clutter).
Photos of a 2004 trip to Monterey with friends, Jim & Karen, to celebrate their 25th Wedding Anniversary came tumbling out. A poem about our friend Pam, written by another friend, Trudy, was in with the photos. Pam and Trudy and Jim were all 57 years old; they all died within a span of approximately 9 months from August 2004 to May 2005. My words I had written and then spoken at Jim's memorial service were in that box, and on and on.
Mr. Fun & I played the photo slideshow on our laptop and sat here at our dining area and watched and sighed and blinked away tears. Wow! So many memories. Our museum of memories was open tonight. All it cost us was our emotions.
