So happy with this.

After my pool swim I popped to the park, as I knew there would be fungi! I was certainly not disappointed. A lovely old rotting decaying tree trunk was covered in clumps of them.
Just squeezing this in before I cook tea. We are having filled Yorkshire puddings, with few new potatoes for hubby and steamed veg too for both of us.
