Poppies on the lychgate

Another wet day. I decided to walk into town in the rain. I noticed that the lychgate of the church was covered in poppies, and there were more on the ground around the churchyard. They are ready for the parade on Sunday.
It was nice to get some exercise, but I did get a bit wet.
